If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for a period of 5 years. This guarantee is meant to guarantee that the equipment we install is sized accurately for the home at the time of installation. It does not cover situations where the home does not maintain proper temperature caused by a component or part failure.

When you invest in a new qualifying Amana central cooling system from Ameri Temp Air Conditioning, Inc. operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, our 'No Lemon' Guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection. In the event your air conditioner's compressor ever fails rather than make repairs or replace only the broken compressor, we will replace your entire condensing unit with a brand new one at absolutely no cost to you.
