Born in New York City before relocating to Miami at the age of 15, George Perez discovered his interest in HVAC during his high school years. Having gained valuable experience working for notable firms, George founded Ameri Temp in 1984 and has been responsible for hundreds of HVAC projects throughout the region. As president of Ameri Temp Air Conditioning, George brings over 37 years of knowledge and experience and is responsible for the company’s vision, philosophy, strategic oversight and day to day executive leadership. George’s capacity to transform visions into realities has enabled Ameri Temp to be one of South Florida’s premiere HVAC firms, striving to offer its clients valuable insight for engineering design and construction solutions, while remaining on schedule and on budget.
Among his long list of major projects are the HVAC design and/or development for financial and educational institutions, the food industry, medical facilities, renovations to nationally registered historic properties, commercial projects and luxury residences throughout South Florida and the Caribbean.
George has a lasting reputation for having the analytical skills required to effectively devise resourceful solutions while preserving a project’s climate control integrity.
George and his wife have five children, three grandchildren, and reside in Miami, Florida.
